The oldest and shortest member and the lead dancer. He often handles SUPER★DRAGON’s choreography and will sometimes choreograph with fellow dance member Hayate. Reo is the only member who was not scouted, but rather auditioned to join as a dancer.

Because of his caring nature and his position as the oldest, the other members consider him to be the “mother” of the group, which led to him being called “Reo Mama”. He sometimes has a tendency to be a "party pooper” when everyone is joking around, sometimes coming across as a "nagging mother". He is also the most (lovingly) bullied member, often letting the younger members tease him.

Despite being the "token muscular member", he is actually a very gentle person with more "typically feminine" hobbies. He likes cooking, and wanted to become a pastry chef when he was a child. He has a well-known love for tea, specifically black tea, and would even bring an entire tea set and teapot to work, often seen serving tea to people backstage, which led to him being called the "tea butler".

He calls himself a “serious anime otaku” and a gamer. If he were a pokemon type, he says he would be a fairy type. His parents named him after the character “Leo” from Tezuka Osamu’s manga "The Jungle Emperor" (also known as "Kimba The White Lion"). He grew up with an older sister and a younger sister. He purportedly attended university to study psychology for a while before ultimately choosing to focus on his career as a performer instead. Aside from dancing, he also acts in stage plays and musicals.

He considers fellow member Tsuyoshi his best friend. They were paired up to write their part of the lyrics for SUPER★DRAGON's anniversary song "Funny Story" together, and the line "brings back memories, going home on the Keio line together" is a reference to their friendship, as they used to live near each other when they were kids.

The member I most want to marry, lol. I'm not usually the type of person to do this, but Reo is the only member who actually made me go kyaaa and made my heart skip a beat when watching them perform on stage. I recommend the concert MIXTURE from 2024, or Persona from 2023. His dancing is just so mesmerizing to watch, he’s a real performer! I love a short king who is also a mom… My favorite thing about him is definitely his kindness and gentleness. When the other members call him their mom (affectionate) they really aren’t joking.
